GOODWYN, Justice.

Appellant, Willie D. Byrd, filed in the circuit court of Choctaw County a petition for a writ of error coram nobis. The trial court, after an oral hearing, rendered judgment denying the writ and dismissing the petition. This appeal is from that judgment. Ex parte Keene, 275 Ala. 197, 153 So.2d 631.
