OPINION BY WATKINS, J., December 16, 1964:

This is an appeal from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County entered on a decision in a workmen's compensation case in favor of the claimant.

The claimant, Margaret D. Hoyman Morgan, is the widow of Michael D. Hoyman, who died as the result of an acute pulmonary edema on February 3, 1961. He was 53 years of age and although he had no knowledge of it and although it had not previously affected...
