PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for murder in that he willfully, deliberately and premeditately, with malice aforethought, killed Larry Ray, in violation of section 690.2, Code 1962, I.C.A. Defendant pleaded guilty to murder in the second degree, in violation of section 690.3, and was sentenced to the penitentiary for life. His appeal comes here upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
