PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of prostitution, in violation of section 724.1, Code 1962, I.C.A. She pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding five years in the women's reformatory at Rockwell City and to pay the costs. Defendant's appeal comes here upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
