Plaintiff-appellant, Neva C. Ramirez Domingo, instituted this damage action on her own behalf and that of the adoptive minor daughter of herself and her late husband Mateo Ramirez Domingo. She claims damages for the death of her husband, who died from injuries received when he was pinned between a barn door and the rear of defendant-respondent's truck.
