Defendant William M. Greuner, Jr., appeals from that portion of the judgment which holds that the trust involved herein was revocable only during the lifetime of his father, William M. Greuner, Sr.

The latter owned seven insurance policies issued upon his life. On May 24, 1932, he assigned these policies to appellant under an oral agreement with him that he in turn would assign them to Wells Fargo Bank in trust for the benefit of Greuner, Sr.'s family...
