Service was effected against Phopan, S.A., the owner of said vessel; the corporate owner being organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Panama and/or the Republic of Costa Rica. Service was also had as to Phocean Ship Agency, Ltd., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United Kingdom.
