An equity petition by Hurley, administrator of the estate of his estranged wife, Beatrice, seeks to establish as against Beatrice's sister, Margaret M. Noone, the estate's interest in the property in three safe deposit boxes (nos. 1494, 1589, and 2107) and control of the contents.
