The appellant, Bimini Run, Ltd., filed a possessory libel against the M/V CALYPSO LINER, alleging a breach of a bareboat charter by Bimini Run of Bahamas, Ltd., the charterer. The appellee, Belcher Oil Company, intervened, asserting a maritime lien against the vessel for fuel oil supplied from July 26, 1962, to October 15, 1962.
