This is an action under Section 205 (g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), hereinafter referred to as the Act, to review a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, hereinafter referred to as the Secretary. A decision rendered by a Hearing Examiner on November 20, 1962 became the final decision of the Secretary on January 31, 1963 when the Appeals Council denied plaintiff's request for review...
