This is a damage suit arising out of a motor vehicle collision which occurred on May 28, 1963, in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. One of the vehicles involved in this collision was a pick-up truck owned by Charles S. Mammelli and being driven by his employee, James Rockenschuh, while in the scope of his employment.
