This is an original action commenced in this court by the Socony Mobil Oil Company, Inc., ex rel. State of Indiana, the relator herein (hereinafter called Socony), against the Delaware Circuit Court, respondent, Honorable Alva Cox being the Judge thereof. A writ of prohibition and mandate is sought. On September 18, 1962, we granted a temporary writ in the alternative, giving the respondent court time to show cause why the writ should not be made permanent...
