This is an action to recover monies which plaintiffs claim to have invested in a "security" offered and sold by the defendants in violation of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1933, as amended, 15 U.S.C.A. § 77a et seq. The jury returned verdicts in favor of the plaintiffs against the defendants Dawson, Blakeway and Davis, and in favor of the defendants Simon, Burch and Thompson.
