The defendant, Eugene H. Carriker, was convicted in the Dayton Municipal Court of violating Section 2909.21, Revised Code. Specifically, it was charged therein by affidavit that he did "unlawfully and without authority from the owner or agent thereof enter upon the premises of another at the Rike-Kumler Company, and upon being notified to depart therefrom did fail or refuse to depart."
