On April 24, 1962, the Ellington planning and zoning commission granted a permit to the defendant Myrtle A. Pierre authorizing the construction of a commercial building on property owned by her. On May 7, 1962, work preliminary to construction of the building was begun, and, on May 15, 1962, the plaintiffs brought this action to, enjoin the use of the premises for business or commercial purposes.
