This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment entered for the defendants, The International Union of Operating Engineers, A.F.L.-C.I.O., Local 18, 18-A, 18-B, 18-C, and the officers of the various unions and district respresentatives as named in the petition in the several capacities as therein set out but not as individuals. The plaintiff failed to plead further as to these defendants...
