Ford (which latter defendant is not involved in this appeal), as co-partners doing business as Sterling Village Market, on some 34 assigned claims against the Market. The assigned claims of the various creditors amount to a total of $21,435.84. Sterling Builders, Inc., in its answer (1) denies that it was a partner of defendant...
