Pacific Automation Products, Inc., Debtor, filed a petition under section 322 of the National Bankruptcy Act (11 U. S.C. § 722) for leave to file a Plan of Arrangement with its creditors. This petition was filed on March 27, 1963. On the same day William V. Martin was appointed Receiver with authority to operate the Debtor's business, and pursuant to this authority the Receiver took possession of the business and all of its assets and commenced...
