This action comes on for review by the court after a "final decision" by the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare disallowing the plaintiff's claim for a "period of disability" and for disability insurance benefits under Sections 216(i) (42 U.S.C.A. § 416(i)), and 223 (42 U.S. C.A. § 423), respectively, of the Social Security Act, as amended.
