This is a petition to review an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy which held void a chattel mortgage upon the bankrupt's property as against the trustee in bankruptcy. The essential facts are not in dispute. The chattel mortgage was executed on April 27, 1959 but was not filed in the Office of the Register of New York County until July 6, 1961.
