CROSS, Judge.
Defendant was convicted in the municipal court of Kansas City, Missouri, on the charge of violating Section No. 47.070 of the city's ordinances, entitled "Soliciting for Immoral Purposes". Upon appeal by defendant to the circuit court, trial was to a jury which found her guilty of the alleged offense and assessed a punishment of "three months and $100.00 fine".
