Plaintiff, Jewell C. Powers, is the former husband of defendant Rose M. Powers. They owned two parcels of land in Shasta County as joint tenants. Mrs. Powers obtained a divorce but the decree made no disposition of the real estate. Mr. Powers became delinquent in his alimony payments.
