This action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1346, was brought by the administratrix of the estate of Phyllis White,1 whose death resulted from injuries received in an automobile accident which occurred on November 22, 1959, while she was a passenger in the car of one James Barnette, then a Lieutenant in the United States Army stationed at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Aberdeen, Md.
