The petitioner is an inmate of the Connecticut State Prison, having been convicted by a jury of the crime of conspiracy, § 54-197 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Revision of 1958, for which he was sentenced on November 24, 1959 to be imprisoned not less than four nor more than eight years. He has exhausted his state remedies under 28 U.S. C.A. § 2254 in that he appealed his conviction to the Connecticut Supreme Court of Errors...
