The principal question for determination on this appeal is whether certain personal property not specifically described in a chattel mortgage executed by Duncan, Dieckman and Duncan Mining Company, a corporation (Duncan), was nevertheless covered by the lien of the mortgage because of the so-called "dragnet" clause contained therein.1 The chattel mortgage, executed on March 4, 1959, was recorded on March 23, 1959...
