This is the second application for leave to appeal from a denial of post conviction relief. Petitioner was indicted in 1956 on six indictments for robbery with a deadly weapon. After counsel had been appointed, he pleaded guilty to four of the indictments, stood trial and was convicted on one, while the State stetted the sixth.
