The appellee, Legal Security Life Insurance Company, issued its policy of insurance No. L-5147 to Riley Clark Beason on August 16, 1960. The policy of insurance was in the amount of $5,000. Appellant, Willie Alice Beason, was named as beneficiary in said policy. The premiums on the policy were payable monthly in advance in the sum of $3.60 on the sixteenth day of each subsequent month.
