This suit was instituted by Geneva Duever, joined by her husband, David Duever, suing individually and as next friend for the use and benefit of Stephen Barnhart, her minor son, hereinafter referred to as Stephen, complaining of Juanita Wilson, a feme sole, doing business as Burkeshire Courts, for damages for injuries to Stephen, and expenses incurred in connection with such injuries.
