This appeal brings up the question whether the Maryland statute dealing with the licensing of architects bars a plaintiff, who is not a licensed architect, from recovering as a third party beneficiary for architectural services rendered by him to a property owner under a contract between the latter and a licensed architect which required the licensed architect to employ the plaintiff's services.
