A fire occurred at premises owned by appellantinsured in which personal property belonging to two individuals was damaged. These parties brought a suit against appellant which appellee-insurer refused to defend on the ground that the loss was specifically excluded from the coverage of appellant's comprehensive personal liability insurance policy.
