JACKSON, District Judge.

This is an action brought pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 145 in which the plaintiff seeks to have this Court authorize the defendant, Commissioner of Patents, to issue a patent to him including Claims 2-4 and 6-14, inclusive, of his application entitled "Continuous Process and Apparatus for Making Concentrated Liquids", Serial No. 489,325, filed February 21, 1955.
