Marguerite G. DeLaughter brought suit in a District Court of Bowie County, Texas, for a change of custody of two minor children. Kenneth D. DeLaughter, the defendant, filed a motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction, which motion was granted and plaintiff's suit was dismissed.
