This is an appeal by a defendant from the refusal of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, in a jury trial, to grant his motions, made at the conclusion of the plaintiffs' case and again at the conclusion of all the evidence, for a directed verdict in his favor as to all counts of the plaintiffs' declaration on the ground that the claims thereby asserted against him were barred by the statute of limitations....
