G.W. Clark and Ben F. Williams, Sr., brought this action for breach of contract against Compania Ganadera de Cananea, Ranchos de Cananea and numerous other defendants. At the close of plaintiffs' case the trial court directed a verdict for all defendants except Compania Ganadera de Cananea and dismissed the complaint without prejudice as to the latter. All of the defendants in the lower court excepting Compania Ganadera de Cananea and Kemper Marley...
