This is a complaint in three counts, alleging in Count I the breach of a collective bargaining agreement between the plaintiff and defendant Union; in Count II, a secondary boycott by the defendant against the plaintiff; and in Count III, a conspiracy in violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act to the damage of the plaintiff.
