This appeal arises out of proceedings in eminent domain instituted by appellant highway commissioner pursuant to PA 1925, No 352, as amended.* Said proceedings resulted from the improvement of trunk line highway US-12, now Interstate 94 or I-94. Appellant is appealing from an order entered in the circuit court of Berrien county confirming an award of damages rendered by 3 appointed commissioners in the amount of $64,042.37.<...
