This is a motion to remand. At the outset a preliminary question has been raised as to whether this court still has jurisdiction of this action, in view of the fact that a judge of this court on March 5, 1963 signed an order granting defendants' motion to transfer the action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The same judge vacated his order on March 7, 1963. The papers in the action had not been transferred...
