Appellant, G.L. Wright, as plaintiff brought an action in the Superior Court in Maricopa County to recover for unpaid wages, liquidated damages and attorney's fees under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 as amended, Title 29, U.S.C.A. §§ 201 et seq.
