This is a workmen's compensation insurance case. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Merritt Miller, alleging he was a Texas employee of W. T. Pipes, working temporarily in Louisiana, sued Texas Employers Insurance Association, the Texas carrier of Pipes' workmen's compensation insurance, alleging he received accidental personal injuries in Louisiana during the course of his employment with his employer, and sought compensation benefits...
