This cause is before this court on appeal on questions of law from a jury verdict of $135,000 and judgment entered thereon on November 3, 1960, in the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County against defendant, Jones & Laughlin Steel Corporation, and in favor of plaintiff, Glen R. Springsteel.
