Petitioners Laura Ott1 and Doris Peters appeal from the judgment entered against them following a proceeding to determine heirship under sections 1080 et seq. of the Probate Code. It was therein determined that appellants were not the granddaughters and pretermitted heirs of Belle Shepard, deceased.
