This matter was heard on the motion of the plaintiffs, appellees herein, to dismiss appeal taken by Leonard Hunt et al., as affected property owners, from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Trumbull County which reversed a decision of the Zoning Zoard of Appeals of Howland Township and ordered the issuance of zoning permits for seven house trailers.
