Mr. Justice McINTYRE delivered the opinion of the court.

Suit was brought by O. K. Rubber Welders, Inc., a Colorado corporation, against Andrew Suchta of Buffalo, Wyoming, for damages in connection with an alleged conversion of personal property. Judgment in the amount of $850 and costs was awarded by the trial judge, and defendant-Suchta has appealed.
