Clifford E. Nelson, age 54, and an employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, suffered a heart attack during the afternoon of December 10, 1958, and was dead upon arrival at the hospital at 2:45 P.M. His widow, Thyra Miller Nelson, hereinafter called claimant, filed a claim and was awarded death benefits against the telephone company by the Industrial Court...
