STEPHENSON, Justice.

This is an action for damages arising out of a collision between an automobile and a truck. The plaintiffs are Mike Hernandez, the driver of the automobile, and Romulo Diaz, husband of Irene Diaz, a passenger in the automobile. Judgment was for defendant, based upon the answers of the jury to the special issues.

The collision occurred near the top of the Orange-Port Arthur bridge over the Neches...
