These six cases are election contests and were tried together in the Circuit Court of Polk County because basically the same question was involved in each case. The Sheriff, Circuit Court Clerk, the Registrar of Deeds, County Court Clerk and two Constables received the majority vote in the election of August 2, 1962, in Polk County.
