By resolution of the District Boundary Board of Natrona County adopted December 8, 1961, it was ordered:

"* * * the boundaries of Natrona County High School District are hereby altered and changed to include Elementary School District No. 5, No. 13 and No. 18 by the unanimous vote of the Boundary Board sitting in regularly called session after public notice...
