This unusual claim for malicious prosecution arises out of an equally unusual civil interpleader action in which the complainant here, Edna Ruth Cole, formerly Edna Ruth Bullock, as the named beneficiary on three life insurance policies issued to her deceased husband, James Bullock, prevailed as the successful claimant of the proceeds of the policies.
