Plaintiff brings this action to quiet title to certain tidelands situate within the City of Juneau adjacent to the Juneau Indian Village, claiming to be the owner in fee simple to said tidelands and that the claims of the defendants as to any estate or interest in and to the tidelands adverse to the plaintiff are without right; and also praying for injunctive relief enjoining the defendants from asserting any claim whatever in and to the tidelands...
