The Referee, by his order of May 23rd 1962, denied the motion of Construction Machinery & Supplies Corp. that its claim of $3,653.59 against the bankrupt be allowed as a secured claim, but allowed said claim as an unsecured claim. To have said order reviewed Construction Machinery & Supplies Corp. timely filed its petition for review under consideration herein.
